This procedure will perform a correlation to the closest item on a link layer, i.e. pipe, pump and valve layers.
If a selection was active, then a prompt will appear to confirm correlation on the selection, or all appurtenances.
Thereafter, a buffer width is entered. Correlation will only occur if there is a link within the entered distance from the appurtenance.
