The Profiles > Load Elevation Profile sub-menu item can be selected to bring up a standard Windows file dialog box, allowing the user to select and open a previously saved .LSS (for Long Section Selection) file. This file contains the series of link numbers defining the long section, as well as the settings with which the long section is to be drawn.
