GIS > Network Topologies > Convert Node to Vertex (select from Main Menu)

Convert node to vertex.

This function changes a node to a vertex (i.e. to an intermediate point on an existing link). The node has to be a common node between two links which are consequently joined into a single link. It cannot be a single node at the end of a link, or a node common to three or more links.  The function prompts to indicate the node to be changed (or you can select the node before invoking the function). A second prompt will appear for selecting the link which should become the encompassing link.
