In the previous sections of this example:

 

•A background drawing file and bitmap image were prepared.

•The pipes in the system were drawn in on this background.

•The CAD lines/polylines were converted to model elements (i.e. links and nodes).

•Elevations of the nodes were updated.

•The water tower was specified as a tank node.

•User and other non-hydraulic data was added (optional).

 

The system model is therefore complete, and should be saved.

 

Select Manage Models > Save Model As..., browse to the Documents\GLS\Wadiso sub-directory, and save the data in *.wlz format, under the name Wadiso 6 - Example 2_Final.wlz.
