The Albion CAD Move function (see Albion 6 CAD User Guide) can be applied to move a selected system intermediate (also referred to as vertex, or bend point) from its current position to a new position indicated by the mouse cursor. The procedure is as follows:
•Click near existing intermediate to move - Position the cursor near the intermediate and click. The intermediate will be selected.
•Click on new intermediate position - Position the cursor at the new location for the intermediate and click. The intermediate will be moved. The segments of links linked to the intermediate will move simultaneously. The affected links will have new calculated lengths.
•Click with the mouse somewhere on the white space (i.e. where there are no model entities located) to unselect all and exit the function.
•Alternatively, select from the main menu CAD > Modify > Move or click the Move toolbar button (see Albion 6 CAD User Guide) to specifically invoke the Albion CAD Move function to move the intermediate.
