The clock time between 0:00 and 24:00 hours, e.g. 14:00 or 2:00 pm. This is related to the starting time of day and the time step. If the simulation starting time of day was 7:30, and 4 x 30 min time steps have been completed, the Clock time of the simulation would be 9:30.
