The initial conditions as at the start of a time simulation analysis, which includes:

•For Pipes: Whether the pipe is OPEN or CLOSED.

•For Pumps: Whether the pump is ON (Speed=1) or OFF (Speed=0), or at what speed it is operating.

•For Valves: The setting of the valve (i.e. m for PRV, L/s for FCV), and whether the valve is OPEN, CLOSED or should be IGNORED.

•For Tanks: The initial water level and water quality.

•For Nodes: The initial water quality.
