Edit > Invert Selection on Layer (select from Main Menu)

Select > Invert Selection on Layer (select from Right-click Menu of selected entity)

Inverts the current selection on current layer.

This function deselects the currently selected entities and selects all other entities on the current layer that were not initially selected.
