Modify > Extract Vertices as Points (select from Main Menu)
Extract vertices as points on selected objects.
This function extracts all vertices of selected line/polyline objects as point objects, i.e. point objects are created on top of the vertices. The point objects are created on the same layer as the line/polyline layer.
Also note that the lines/polylines must be selected, otherwise the function will not be invoked.
