Defining the cost data

The first step of optimization is to define the Cost Data.

Import an existing Wadiso 6 Cost file, available in the Documents\GLS\Wadiso folder, via Cost Data > Load Cost Data, then selecting Yes at the prompt to link cost data, and then selecting the Wadiso 6 - Tutorial Cost Data.sqlite file. The pipe cost table will be opened automatically.

Observe that several cost functions are available. No changes are required:

FN1 will be used for network reinforcements: pipes 130, 140, 150 & 1000.

FN4 will be used for feeder main reinforcements: pipes 100, 110 & 120.
