The Model Data > Model Topology > Convert Node/Tank To... menu item converts a selected node to some other specified node type (e.g. example a node can be converted to a Water Treatment Plant (WTP)). Note this menu item is only active (enabled) when a node is selected and that the same function is also accessible via a right-click menu (when right-clicking on the selected node, see screen-shot below).
