After loading a points shape file, the points can be imported into the model.

Data from matching fields is copied from the source layer to the "wa_appurtenance" model layer.

 

Select the point shape file from the Layer picker dialog:

 

 

After the import, an error/warning form will pop up if any of the imported points could not be attached to a link.

These appurtenances can then be selected, and  correlation can be performed with a buffer width, to connect to the closest link, if required.
