System-specific data required for optimization can either be entered as already described in the system data editors, or can be edited directly in the Link Info and Node Info boxes available in the Albion environment. This info type of box, also referred to as simply the Database box, is accessed by selecting the link or node, and then hovering over the 
Database icon to open it (if not already open - note, the box can also be pinned; see Albion GIS User Guide).
The Database box has a Time Simulation tab, where the time/WQ simulation parameters can be entered. The Link Info box version of the Database box, when hovering over a link, contains the parameters for the selected Pipe/CVs, Pumps or Valves. Likewise, the Node Info box version of the Database box, when hovering over a node, contains the parameters for the selected Nodes or Tanks.
