Use View > Zoom and View > Zoom All (available from the Graph Editor) to zoom in and out on the graph. To zoom in, click and drag the left mouse button from top left to bottom right of the zoom area. Clicking and dragging the mouse from any bottom right to top left position will perform a Zoom All.
