Use Edit > Insert Annotation (available from the Graph Editor) to add text of any size, colour and font (as specified in the Graph Settings) to any specified location on the graph. The location of the text can be specified in absolute pixels from the top left corner, or in relation to the graph width and height, or in relation to an XY value on the graph.

Edit > Copy to Clipboard (available from the Graph Editor) copies the entire graph to the Windows clipboard, from where it can be pasted into other imaging applications such as Windows Paint.
