Tools > Cleanup > Extract Polygons (select from Main Menu)
Extract polygons from lines and polylines.
This function inspects selected lines and polylines, and extracts closed polygons out of them. Resulting polygons are placed on the the current layer.
The following extraction criteria can be set in the ensuing Extract Polygons box:
