Provide access to drawing cleanup functions.

The  Albion drawing cleanup functions functions can be accessed from the following sub-menu items:

•Select Duplicates

•Remove Duplicates

•Extract Polygons

•Extract Symbols

Convert Polylines to Arcs

Delete Empty Text

Delete Invalid Geometery

Snap Vertices

Polyline Cleanup
