Tools > Layer Manager (select from Main Menu)
Layer Manager (click icon on Quick Access Bar)
This command opens the Layer Control box, which gives access to various layer control functions.
The Layer Control box is an important and very useful layer management tool and is discussed in detail with the other main User Interface Elements.
