System specific data required for optimization can be entered/edited by means of the selective editing functions or via the selection tools available in the Albion environment to edit selected model entities. The latter can typically be applied to assign pipes along a certain pipe route a specific optimization group number (see the section on editing selected links/nodes for a detailed description of this procedure).
