The model data has to be defined/captured (before the system can be balanced) via the following steps:

 

•Theming of the model layers

 

•Adding entities (pipes and nodes)

 

•Changing node types

 

•Changing link types

 

•Editing pipe diameters

 

•Editing pump data

 

•Editing tank levels

 

•Editing node outputs

 

•Assigning ground elevation to nodes

 

•Adding user-specific data

 

•Defining output scenarios

 

 

In this section, the composition of the model data tables will also be discussed, as well as the procedure to save the model data.
